Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir police on Friday announced a cash reward for any information leading to the arrest of an SPO, who fled with seven rifles and a pistol from the house of a lawmaker here.
A police spokesman said that Rs 2 lakh reward will be given to anyone who gives information about the deserter cop and the weapons .
SPO Aadil Bashir posted as security guard with senior PDP leader and MLA Wachi decamped with seven service rifles and a pistol from the Jawahar Nagar residence of the lawmaker sending the entire security grid in a tizzy.
