MOHD YOUNIS
A 19 year old youth who had been missing since March 8 has joined militancy.
The youth has been identified as Rouf Ahmad Khanday of Dehruna Dooru Anantnag. He has reportedly joined Hizbul Mujahideen. His picture brandishing Kalashankov went viral over the social sites.
The youth was admitted in Degree Collage Kokernag and was pursuing Graduation through Kashmir University
